Several italian artisans have been working for the Sea Gull through the years, reproducing on ceramic the original taste of the owners.
If you visit Capri don’t miss to step in the Sea Gull to admire italian ceramics masterpieces, Agnese, Claudio and Stefania will be glad to welcome you.
All our ceramics are handmade and handpainted by artisans that use the same technics since hundred of years. In this process, potters create the basic shape of each piece by hand out of a plain lump of clay. After the first firing at about 1.000 degree celsius, the ceramic gets glaced and then each motive will be handpainted. After the second firing for about 24 hours the ceramic has reached it final stage.
During the whole production our artisans focus on the highest quality of materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Each of our ceramic is foodsafe and certified by the FDA. Carefully packed and fully insured we ship our products all over the world.
