Star dinner by Tonino, sold out event with chefs Salvatore and Francesco

The star-studded event at Dentecala, promoted in collaboration with That’s Amore Capri 2024, has registered a very welcome sold out. All sold out at the restaurant “da Tonino”, which on 7 May hosted the second appointment of the gourmet dinner “Tra le stelle di Dentecala…”. Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated, as always, to the Soleterre Foundation.

“Thanks to Francesco Sposito for having been in our kitchen with his professionalism, friendliness and humility, a great example for all of us, a pillar of the Campanian and national gourmet cuisine”. With these words the chef Salvatore Aprea thanked the chef Francesco Sposito (two Michelin stars) of the restaurant Taverna Estia in Brusciano.

In four hands, Aprea and Sposito prepared, for the guests who crowded the restaurant “da Tonino”, a very special menu: the chef’s welcome, the calamari wreath, bergamot and dill, followed by the tuna in carriage, the “good” rice with rabbit parmigiana, then the lamb, topinambur and onion on the coals and grand finale with rice pastiera artemide. Sold out and beautiful starry evening at Dentecala, accompanied by wines from Giuseppe Cipolla Passofonduto and Cà Lustra Zanovello.

The positive response, as well as the large participation that is recorded punctually at all events held in collaboration with That’s Love Capri, confirms the goodness of the choice to organize and promote cultural initiatives, gastronomic and tourist excellence in low or medium season, going to attract the attention and interest of many visitors who visit Capri not in the middle of summer.
