For centuries now, during the first week of September, on 7 September, in honor of the Santa Maria del Soccorso, the Piedigrotta Tiberiana begins, organized by the SS Maria del Soccorso committee and the municipality of Capri.
A real festival of island folklore, with music, theatrical performances and tastings of typical Capresan dishes where you can still breathe the authenticity of the island with its hospitality. Despite the distance from the center, every year, many people participate in this event which has now become one of the most evocative traditions of the island.
